Customer Support Agent
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary point of contact for riders, managing inbound and outbound communication through various support channels such as SMS, email, and phone. Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to enhance rider satisfaction. Accurately document all interactions and resolutions using support tools like Salesforce Service Cloud to ensure seamless follow-up and record-keeping. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until the issue is fully resolved. Identify recurring issues or feedback trends from riders and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, support operations, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across different communication channels.
- Experience using customer support software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on creating positive customer experiences and interpreting workflows to resolve operational errors.
