Customer Supply Planner

About the role

This role is for a Customer Supply Planner at our Shawnee, KS location. The primary responsibility is to translate client product needs into a plan that meets the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensures client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Key point of contact with representatives of our client base
• Planning finished goods delivery on time in full
• Ensuring client satisfaction
• Receiving, interpreting, and validating regular client product forecast updates
• Processing client orders
• Coordination of client information flow of demand changes, client-supplied material, artwork revisions, client-specific systems/reporting, phase in/out of material changes
• Developing and maintaining an 18-month Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Communicating and gaining consensus across all functions for the MPS
• Driving resolution of capacity constraints within work centers and escalating major capacity issues
• Managing and tracking artwork version updates and implementation timelines
• Initiating Change Controls related to packaging components including artwork updates, label changes, and regulatory text revisions
• Creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) amendments, including managing old code obsolescence and phase-out activities
• Ensuring Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters are regularly reviewed and updated
• Scheduling material delivery using MRP across all raw materials/excipients, printed packaging materials, labels, and artwork-controlled components in accordance with Argenta inventory policy

Requirements

• High school education level in English and Mathematics or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant Planning experience or knowledge of Production within a busy Manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative abilities
• Determination to see jobs through to completion
• Ability to work accurately and within strict deadlines
