About the role

The Customer Success Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Manage customer relationships, providing proactive support and addressing issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a Customer Success or similar function.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule
