About the role
The Customer Success Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage customer relationships, providing proactive support and addressing issues promptly.
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions and analyze data to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Customer Success or similar function.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
