About the role
A highly motivated Customer Success Specialist is needed to support charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation, providing training, and responsive support.
Responsibilities
- Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation
- Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success
- Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience
- Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and approachable
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms
- Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus)
- Experience with payment or banking (a plus)
- Background/interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable
