This role focuses on specialized execution within the tours and activities marketplace, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Customer Success Specialist workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
Review the workflow by assisting the team in handling assigned customer or client requests.
Maintain the workflow by ensuring the team reviews available case history before responding.
Track the workflow by helping the team resolve routine issues within approved authority.
Own the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions for the team.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.

Key Outcomes

Remote execution is complete only when customer success execution within the tours and activities marketplace leaves customer resolution accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
