Major Areas Of Responsibility
- Proactively build strong customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and invoices.
- Ensure keeping our CRM up to date.
- Organize business review meetings and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Focus on building long-term customer relationships and ensuring they get the most value from our software solutions and service.
- Manage the full financial cycle, from order to invoice for software and services to ensuring timely payments and generating key reports for senior management.
- Partner with internal teams to efficiently resolve client issues and optimize workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the IT or software industry.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling enterprise software solutions.
- Integrity: A high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
