Customer Success Specialist
Location: Louisville, KY. This is a seasonal role expected to run from 19th October through April 2027. When not in training, you’ll be based in the Louisville office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Training and working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training will be hybrid and take place at the office.

Our Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our contact center, where your mission is to deliver high-quality, empathetic, and exceptional service. From routine account updates to complex and time-sensitive transactions, you’ll use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills—supported by technology—to address a variety of inquiries from our clients’ valued shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of calls, from routine inquiries to sensitive conversations
- Solve problems carefully and effectively using technology and interpersonal skills
- Build trust and deliver empathetic service in challenging situations
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with a team to improve processes and customer experiences
