Beth's Beautiful Destinations needs a Customer Success Specialist who can ensure dependable customer resolution across leisure bookings, including resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role prioritizes accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed within leisure booking support.

- Use Case Management and Case Documentation confidently in customer success execution for leisure bookings.
- Apply Leisure Booking Support without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Multichannel Support decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment in Cruise and Resort Operations, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
What Matters Most
Success is defined by ensuring customer resolution is current, exceptions have clear owners, and any authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing history. This outcome is measured through specialized execution in leisure booking support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Customer Success Specialist workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
- Track workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
- Own workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
- Coordinate workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
- Review workflow by examining available case history before responding.
Role Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is considered complete only when customer resolution is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
