Customer Success Specialist
About the role
AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, a growing software technology company based in Los Angeles, to hire a Customer Success Specialist to support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing client engagement for a growing base of business customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring they are successfully onboarded, actively using the platform, and receiving measurable value from the product.
- Guide clients through best practices, answer product questions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, product teams, and technical support to address client needs and ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client services, account management, or customer support within a SaaS or software environment.
- Experience managing ongoing relationships with customers, including onboarding, product training, and engagement support.
- Strong ability to guide customers through platform features, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience tracking customer activity, documenting interactions, and managing account data in CRM or customer success platforms.
- Ability to identify adoption challenges and proactively recommend solutions that improve the customer experience.
- Comfortable troubleshooting platform questions and coordinating with product or engineering teams when deeper technical support is needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight, Intercom, or other CS platforms.

Benefits
This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$85,000 annually, plus full benefit options including health, vision, dental, 401k and other benefits.
