Customer Success Specialist - Americas (Civil Infrastructure & Utilities)
About the role
PIX4D is seeking a highly technical Customer Success Specialist to drive platform adoption, workflow engineering, and technical support functions across the US and Canada. You will be a key member of PIX4D's dynamic team supporting enterprise clients, public utilities, and engineering partners across North America. As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the day-to-day domain partner for our clients. You will act as a "Success Architect," engaging with technical stakeholders during the pre-sales phase and guiding customers through complex implementation to ensure they successfully integrate drone mapping and photogrammetry into their core business workflows. This is a high-impact role leveraging your industry background to drive user value, long-term retention, and technical growth.
