Customer Success Manager, Strategic

In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop joined forces to form a new parent company, Tebra. In this role, you’ll be focused on helping to grow our [practice growth solutions from our PatientPop brand / practice operations solutions from our Kareo brand] and will be a valued member of Team Tebra as we work together to integrate our solutions to create better experiences for our customers and their patients, and to shape the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth
• Identify and address customer needs to enhance user experience
• Work closely with product development to ensure features align with business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
• Understanding of healthcare IT systems and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
