Responsibilities

  • Support customers in using TRACTIAN's services, including CBM and CMMS initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal satisfaction and ROI by managing resources and fostering relationships.
  • Implement new projects through customer visits, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Business-driven mindset with customer-facing experience.
  • Over 5 years of manufacturing industry experience, with a record of operational improvement.
  • Project and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with CBM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma (preferred).
