Responsibilities
- Support customers in using TRACTIAN's services, including CBM and CMMS initiatives.
- Ensure optimal satisfaction and ROI by managing resources and fostering relationships.
- Implement new projects through customer visits, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Business-driven mindset with customer-facing experience.
- Over 5 years of manufacturing industry experience, with a record of operational improvement.
- Project and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to travel up to 25%.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with CBM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma (preferred).
