About the role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market team. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report on customer health metrics to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
