About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market team. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track and report on customer health metrics to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
