A day in the life
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll start your day reviewing shipper performance data and preparing for strategic meetings. You might collaborate with product teams to address a shipper's unique needs, then lead a workshop to help a key account optimize their operations. In the afternoon, analyze program metrics for a leadership presentation, or brainstorm new success strategies with your peers. Your day concludes by following up on critical shipper issues, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 1+ years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable business improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management
Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
