Customer Success Manager - Global Trade

About the role

This remote role is focused on driving customer outcomes across global trade solutions in a media and information services environment. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to strengthen adoption, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure clients realize measurable value from the solutions they use. The position blends relationship management, commercial awareness, and data-driven customer health monitoring to support long-term retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define success and track progress toward business outcomes
• Develop and share best practices and customer success plans with internal teams
• Monitor customer health by tracking usage data and escalating critical concerns
• Identify commercial growth opportunities and recommend improvements based on customer maturity
• Ensure customers receive maximum value from their investment through tailored engagement
• Leverage technology tools to manage client information and financial forecasts accurately
• Build and present business plans, reporting on market and competitor activities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in customer success
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Experience in global trade is essential
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for managing customer journeys and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with cloud software solutions and delivery models

Pay

$106,400 – $197,600 annually
