Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Max

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 20 growth-oriented Max customers
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor ensuring customer alignment with business outcomes
• Develop Executive Success Plans linking automation and operational KPIs to customer goals
• Conduct recurring Executive Business Reviews focusing on business performance and product roadmap
• Proactively identify risks to ensure strong customer adoption and retention
• Leverage data to deliver recommendations and expansion strategies
• Conduct strategic onsite visits to strengthen relationships and understand operations

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management, enterprise customer success, product specialist, or strategic consulting roles
• Experience managing complex SaaS accounts with executive-level stakeholders
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes like revenue growth and retention
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to facilitate business reviews confidently
• Proven experience analyzing data and translating insights into strategy
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with product and sales teams
• Highly organized with strong project management skills

Pay

$111,800 – $167,600 annually
