Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales activities for enterprise customers including onboarding and renewals
- Collaborate with Account Managers to promote renewal and expansion opportunities
- Become an expert on the company’s security solutions and compliance frameworks
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of the company Trust Management Platform
- Manage a portfolio of 40 enterprise customers with $3M ARR
- Provide expert advice on best practices in security and compliance
- Foster a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company handling Enterprise clients
- Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, and adoption of software solutions
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Empathetic approach to customer retention and satisfaction
- Technical understanding of compliance and security best practices related to the company’s offerings
- Extensive experience managing relationships with C-level executives
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
