Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales activities for enterprise customers including onboarding and renewals
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to promote renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Become an expert on the company’s security solutions and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of the company Trust Management Platform
  • Manage a portfolio of 40 enterprise customers with $3M ARR
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in security and compliance
  • Foster a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company handling Enterprise clients
  • Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, and adoption of software solutions
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Empathetic approach to customer retention and satisfaction
  • Technical understanding of compliance and security best practices related to the company’s offerings
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with C-level executives
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
