Customer Success Manager Enterprise

Responsibilities
- Form a close partnership with the Enterprise Account Managers and coordinate the integration of our products and concepts for our enterprise customers across North America.
- Drive defined revenue targets together with the respective Enterprise Account Managers and open cross- and upsell opportunities within your customer base.
- Jointly manage the onboarding process for EGYM’s software and hardware solutions with our Order Management team, ensuring an excellent experience for both our customers and EGYM.
- Prevent churn and optimize the usage of all EGYM solutions at the customer level.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction with our products.
- Define business objectives (measurable targets) for our enterprise clients and support them in developing and implementing the necessary actions to achieve those goals.
- Prepare and independently deliver product demonstrations in the form of strategic workshops, small-group trainings, and conference presentations.
- Contribute to internal product development by discussing the ideal end-user journey and potential feedback with your customers and communicating these insights internally.
Requirements
- You hold a completed degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field.
- You have at least three years of experience in the fitness or technology industry and have worked in regular contact with customers.
- You are able to present complex information in a clear and simple way to clients and stakeholders at the highest management level.
- You are motivated to take the next step in your career and represent a product that is helping to positively transform the fitness market.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- You are ready to thrive in a hybrid working environment including up to 3 days in our Denver office per week.
- You love to travel and are excited about spending 30-50% of your time on the road.
- You have proactively acquired the necessary expertise (with support from colleagues) and are ready to independently manage your customers.
- You have gained experience in confidently demonstrating our EGYM ecosystem to clients and answering product- and service-related questions.
- You have introduced yourself to your customer base and independently conducted initial presentations and talks to achieve your targets.
- You are able to organize your workday efficiently and purposefully, and know how to leverage all relevant tools effectively for both yourself and your customers.
- You independently evaluate customer performance with EGYM solutions and derive concrete, actionable recommendations for your clients.

Pay
You will earn an annual base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 (plus annual bonus).
Schedule
You thrive in a hybrid working environment including up to 3 days in our Denver office per week.
