Customer Success Manager - Chicago

About the role

Teamtailor is an Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 13,000 companies and 200,000 users in 90 countries. We’re expanding our Customer Success department and looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Chicago to care for our USA and Canada clients. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers, and we need a strong relationship-builder to help achieve that.

The Customer Success team includes specialists in onboarding, product, data transfer, implementation, and promotions, spread across Sweden, Finland, Spain, Colombia, Canada, the US, New Zealand, and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Implement and onboard new customers.
• Help customers unlock the full potential of Teamtailor, including marketplace integrations, best practices, and training opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for customers.
• Work proactively on renewals and build strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Track customer accounts to identify and mitigate churn risk.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, presenting insights internally.
• Collaborate on improving ways of working to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Customer Success experience.
• Experience in SaaS.
• Experience in HR or recruiting.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Strong communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills.
• Engaged, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and try new things.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing market.
• Based in Chicago.
• French fluency is a plus.
