Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships and gather feedback

- Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
