About the role

Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. Works closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships and gather feedback
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer success
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
