About the role

Trimble Transportation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive high satisfaction and successful engagement with our products, ensuring retention and growth while building strong, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Establish proactive relationships with key stakeholders to align their business outcomes with Trimble’s innovative technology suite.
  • Drive Client Advocacy: Deliver high-impact communication strategies that turn customers into evangelists and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Champion Customer Health: Monitor engagement metrics and lead internal cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate risks and ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Orchestrate the Success Journey: Collaborate across the organization to ensure every client has a clear, guided path toward achieving their unique operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven Success: 5+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account management, or client services with direct accountability for retention and growth.
  • Strategic Communicator: Exceptional consultative and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with Executive and C-Level teams.
  • Organizational Expert: Ability to manage competing priorities and document complex client strategies with high attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce to manage customer data and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry-recognized Customer Success certification.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango.
  • Formal project management experience or data modeling/predictive analytics skills.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics best practices.

Pay

This role is offered a salary range of $74,900.00 - $103,200.00 per year, with the possibility of additional bonuses and commissions.

Schedule

The role is strictly in-office, with travel requirements on demand.
