The Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed using cutting-edge ag-tech. Your responsibilities include:
- Talking with customers on a daily basis, hearing out issues and solving problems.
- Ensuring high-quality training, deployment, and implementation of our technology across farms.
- Developing strong relationships with internal sales team, service partners, and field operations teams.
- Hosting regular check-ins to ensure continued success with our product and proactively identifying issues for feedback to our engineering team.
About The Role
As an early employee, you will receive equity compensation. This is a hybrid role involving frequent travel to customer farms (primarily in CA and WA).
