Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare organizations to deliver innovative solutions that help customers understand the total experience of the people they serve.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships that drive portfolio development, expansion, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Growth Team members to devise and facilitate customer success plans, engaging multiple decision‑makers and leveraging a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and NRC Health’s solutions.
• Participate in solution and industry training and continuously advance expertise through learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong interest in customer service and sales.
• Effective presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with a CRM system preferred.
• High learning agility and critical‑thinking capability.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $120,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some roles include performance‑based variable compensation tied to performance metrics. Final salary will be determined based on skills, education, experience, and internal pay equity considerations.

Location & Travel

Travel up to 30% is required. The role prioritizes candidates located in the Midwestern to Eastern United States. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, MD, NJ, RI, or D.C.
