Customer Success Manager
About the role
Our Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Provide ongoing support to customers through various channels including email, phone, and live chat
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services
- Work closely with product and sales teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
