About the role
Join our dynamic team as a key member of the Ops IQ product line. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation through advanced data intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve data management and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends to inform product development and customer support.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on best practices for data management and analysis.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, data management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with data governance frameworks and standards.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.
