About the role
This is a player-coach role in our Customer Success function. You will own a book of enterprise accounts directly — driving adoption, spotting expansion signals, and generating CS-qualified leads — while also raising the bar for the CS team around you through coaching and better operating practices. You will work hands-on with our delivery teams and account executives so that customers see value continuously, not just at renewal time. There is no sales quota; your success is measured in adoption and customer outcomes.
