Sustainability/Traceability Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities
- Support fashion brands and standards in understanding and deploying TextileGenesis™ traceability platform.
- Train and onboard suppliers, providing support throughout the traceability program management process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustainability, sourcing and supply chain, IT, communications, and business development.
- Build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively with clients from around the world.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Experienced in managing and leading projects.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and independently.
- Able to analyze and predict situations, and handle unforeseen challenges proactively.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving or overachieving targets.
- 5+ years of work experience in fashion/sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA from Tier-1/2 schools is a plus.
