Sustainability/Traceability Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support fashion brands and standards in understanding and deploying TextileGenesis™ traceability platform.
  • Train and onboard suppliers, providing support throughout the traceability program management process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustainability, sourcing and supply chain, IT, communications, and business development.
  • Build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from around the world.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in managing and leading projects.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and independently.
  • Able to analyze and predict situations, and handle unforeseen challenges proactively.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving or overachieving targets.
  • 5+ years of work experience in fashion/sustainability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA from Tier-1/2 schools is a plus.

  • Strong passion for sustainability and driving change in the fashion textile industry.
  • Ability to stay ahead of the curve in delivering customer excellence.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and think from first principles to solve complex problems.
