About the role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth through proactive support and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer issues
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs to help customers get started effectively
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Track customer success metrics and report progress to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; other languages are a plus
