About the role
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth through proactive support and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer issues
- Develop and execute onboarding programs to help customers get started effectively
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand their needs and provide tailored support
- Track customer success metrics and report progress to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
