About the role

This is a remote role for someone based on the East Coast or Central US, ideally in locations such as Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, or Dallas. The role reports into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the US customer base
  • Speak directly to customers, drive adoption, grow accounts, and build Customer Success processes
  • Help level up the Customer Success function
  • Support and eventually lead two junior team members
  • Bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to Customer Success

Requirements

  • A strong B2B SaaS or software background
  • Experience speaking directly to customers, driving adoption, growing accounts, and building Customer Success processes
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing or a similar vertical is essential

Qualifications

  • Full US work authorization required

Benefits

  • Compensation is expected to be around $95k-$110k plus bonus, benefits, and equity
