About the role
The Account Management Team is expanding to include a Customer Success function. This role will collaborate with account managers to enhance client workflows and improve usage of the 9fin platform. The goal is to build a high-performing strategy from scratch, focusing on specific projects throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant account management or Customer Success experience
- A strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build strong relationships within buyside, sellside, and advisory communities
- A track record of managing and growing a book of enterprise clients (minimum $1m+ book of business)
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Existing relationships/network within the Leveraged Finance community beneficial
