About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Windfall Data, you will act as a strategic advisor for 1,500+ customers, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. You will multi-thread relationships across departments, identify growth opportunities, and implement scalable processes. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer experience for a dedicated book of business, driving product adoption, implementation of best practices, and long-term retention.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities through active multi-threading across customer departments to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and identify upsell potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop internal enablement materials, customer-facing playbooks, and thought leadership content.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, or growth strategy, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing complex executive relationships and presenting data-driven insights to C-suite stakeholders using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel to simplify complex people-data issues into actionable business strategies.

$110,000 – $168,000 + equity
