Customer Success Engineer, LATAM (Spanish, Portugese)

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Engage customers as a technical consultant during their post-sales journey via calls and emails
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for detailed guidance on the company implementations
• Deliver tailored customer enablement through webinars and labs in a pooled support model
• Provide technical and architectural guidance for the company capabilities adoption
• Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to meet customer needs
• Develop reusable workshops and content with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to customer-facing learning resources and documentation

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish; trilingual skills (English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese) are a plus
• Residing in the United States, Mexico, or Brazil
• Experience in the company use case implementations like source code management and DevSecOps
• Proficiency with DevSecOps tools and translating capabilities into customer outcomes
• Technical background in software development or systems engineering
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts
• Proven experience acting as a trusted advisor in a post-sales role
• Strong time management skills for handling multiple engagements

Pay

$105,600 – $158,400 annually
