Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support analytics and AI customers to drive outcomes and long-term success.
- Drive outcomes and long-term success for customers, focusing on their analytics and AI needs.

Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience translating business and mission requirements into deployable technical solutions.
- Strong expertise in Data, AI, and Business Analytics, with a customer-focused approach and ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with solution architecture, technical workshops, demos/POCs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ability to remove technical barriers, align solutions to client goals, and communicate IBM’s value to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to advise on emerging technologies and drive adoption of AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with modern AI/data platforms, including AI assistants/agents, orchestration, governance, business analytics, and hybrid cloud.
- Experience operationalizing AI across data readiness, governance, deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and value realization.
- Experience collaborating across teams and contributing to briefings, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead consultative technical engagements.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Familiarity with IBM’s Data and AI portfolio (e.g., watsonx, analytics, AI governance, AI platforms).
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies, including knowledge of mission environments, compliance/security frameworks, acquisition processes, and enterprise deployment challenges.
- Knowledge of Federal AI initiatives, data modernization efforts, and cloud adoption strategies.
- Active U.S. Government security clearance or willingness/eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in classified or regulated environments and working with government stakeholders, systems integrators, and mission partners.
