About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to a diverse range of customers, including startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear, helpful resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practices to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and contribute to product roadmap improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer support engineering, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Comfortable with technical documentation, APIs, and basic Python scripting.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to solve customer problems with empathy and grace.
  • Proactive in using insights to drive improvements at scale.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara.
