They will diagnose and resolve complex issues, enhance customer interactions, manage existing customer relationships, feed insights back to product and engineering, and improve internal tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support via email and calls, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across multiple external services, and managing files.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is excellent, explaining complex technical ideas clearly and building trust.
  • Own existing customer relationships, providing high-touch onboarding, training, and demos, and helping customers find new ways to use the product.
  • Systematically capture and feed insights back to product and engineering, including driving some fixes yourself.
  • Build AI-augmented support workflows using Tasklet and other tools to automate handling of common support requests.
  • Improve internal tooling and processes by building dashboards, admin panels, and automations that make serving customers more efficient.
  • Create and improve self-serve resources such as help docs, guides, examples, and internal playbooks to reduce inbound volume and help users succeed without needing to contact support.

  • Ambitious and looking for a high-slope opportunity at a fast-growing AI startup.
  • Loves working with people and is great at it, with charisma and clear, concise communication skills.
