Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring a smooth and impactful introduction to Lumi’s platform.
- Plan and execute professional development sessions, empowering educators to integrate storytelling and technology into their classrooms effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and district leaders, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for Lumi.
- Facilitate regular school and district meetings to monitor progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges.
- Organize and oversee enrichment trips, speaker events, and end-of-year showcases, ensuring exceptional delivery and alignment with program goals.
- Utilize Lumi’s built-in feedback tools to gather insights from users and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with Lumi’s product and leadership teams to refine and enhance offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, education program management, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of the unique needs of schools and districts.
- Comfort with presenting in professional development settings and leading discussions with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with technology platforms and an enthusiasm for learning and teaching new tools.
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
Equity range: 0.02% - 0.06%
Location
Remote within the US, with regular in-person meet-ups.
