Customer Success Associate (Entry Level)

Role: Entry Level Customer Success team member supporting young adults and employer partners in workforce development programs. Responsibilities Respond to participant and partner inquiries with an equity-centered approach.Assist in onboarding new students and tracking their progress and outcomes.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and maintain accurate records in CRM or database tools.Escalate complex issues to senior staff for resolution.Collaborate with a mission-driven, inclusive team to support workforce inclusion and opportunity closing.
