Customer Success Associate

About the role

At Working Capital Marketplace (WCMP), funding is just the beginning. We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to build lasting relationships with business owners, help them achieve their goals, and identify future financing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business owners after funding.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to understand client needs and future goals.
• Become your clients' first call for financing needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes.
• Collect updated business statements and documentation.
• Monitor account activity and coordinate follow-ups.
• Identify renewal, refinance, and growth opportunities.
• Generate referrals through exceptional client service.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver the best financing solutions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Preferred

• Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Banking, or Financial Services experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM.
• Lending industry experience (not required).
