Customer Success Associate

About the role

This entry-level role supports customer relationships, onboarding, service, and retention through proactive communication and problem solving. Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through key service touchpoints
• Explain services, processes, and next steps clearly
• Follow up on customer needs and coordinate solutions with onsite teams
• Document feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Requirements

A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
