The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, is results-driven, and possesses strong communication skills. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer experience — building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include increasing center sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining accounts, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experienceAct as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or servicesBe highly responsive to customer inquiriesCommunicate courteously with customers though email, over the phone, and in personAssist customers with the resolution of any problems that may ariseHave a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimatesCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basisReview customer files to ensure production quality and accuracyTrack and manage customer orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM toolsIdentify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop repeat customersHandle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency Requirements 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing roleExperience in print, marketing, or graphic design industries is a major plus.
