Customer Success Analyst
About the role
The Customer Success Analyst is a high-impact, customer-facing team member dedicated to ensuring our clients' end-users confidently adopt and realize maximum value from our Vision AI solutions. This role directly bridges the gap between usage data and user behavior. By combining hands-on data analysis with direct client engagement, you will proactively guide users through onboarding, deliver engaging enablement training, and run targeted outreach campaigns to turn struggling users into product champions.
Responsibilities
- Direct Client Enablement & Training
- Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and live webinars to onboard and upskill client end-users.
- Conduct direct adoption check-ins with key client user groups to gather qualitative feedback and address usage blockers.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing specialist for functional product questions, best practices, and daily workflow optimization.
- Proactive Adoption Campaigns
- Identify low-engagement user segments through data and execute direct outreach campaigns (emails, virtual drop-ins) to re-engage them.
- Create, host, and distribute localized educational content, video walkthroughs, and "how-to" quick guides directly to client teams.
- Partner with client-side champions to establish internal peer-enablement programs.
- CSM Collaboration & QBRs
- Co-present adoption insights and usage trends alongside Customer Success Managers during client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as the customer's advocate internally, translating direct end-user feedback into structured feature requests for our Product and Engineering teams.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Monitor user engagement KPIs and build easily digestible usage dashboards.
- Translate complex system analytics into clear, value-focused stories that show clients exactly how much efficiency they are gaining.
- Collaborate with Everseen’s customers and end users, as well as across Product, Engineering, Operations (customer delivery), and Sales teams to ensure complete rollout.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Retail Management, or Training and Enablement role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills—highly comfortable commanding a room and explaining technical concepts simply to non-technical users.
- High proficiency in organizing and interpreting usage metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
- Exceptional written communication skills for drafting clear, friendly, and structured user guides.
- A proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel is essential for this role. There could be up to 50% travel to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS, Vision AI, or retail technology environment is preferred.
- Prior experience developing insights and best practice recommendations from raw data and trend analysis is advantageous.
