About the Opportunity

The Customer Success Advocate plays a critical role in managing relationships with key clients to ensure they realize maximum value from the financial performance platform. This position focuses on supporting client onboarding, sustaining business objectives, and driving renewal and expansion opportunities through trusted advisory and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and build outcome-focused partnerships
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive client success
• Develop and implement scalable processes to maintain client satisfaction
• Provide consultative guidance to maximize client use of the platform
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance team performance

Requirements

• Strong project and time management skills including creating and overseeing success plans
• Ability to proactively resolve client issues and work collaboratively across departments
• Relationship management skills to maintain and expand client partnerships
• Excellent communication skills, including business reviews and stakeholder coordination
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial software, preferably in SaaS environments
• Understanding of finance, financial planning, and reporting processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools; familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus
