Customer Success Advisor -- August 2026 Start (Campus)

About the role

Customer Success Advisors at Cvent are responsible for providing value and owning the success of Cvent’s Event Cloud Customers. They join the dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and gain best-in-class customer service experience. This role involves exercising Cvent knowledge to ensure customers realize the full benefits of the software, driving platform adoption, offering industry best practices, collaborating with the sales team, gathering customer requirements, and meeting with customers both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Understand and align with customer’s goals to help them achieve their desired outcomes
• Drive platform adoption and offer industry best practices to help customers effectively meet said business goals
• Host personalized web-based presentations to customers to align with their needs, discuss adoption, and identify areas of opportunity
• Understand customer’s risks and present recommendations and solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new features and opportunities to customers
• Gather customer requirements for future releases of the product
• Opportunities to meet with customers onsite; up to 20% travel required

Requirements

• Entry level role for upcoming or recent graduates with start dates likely in August 2026
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
• 6 months to 1 year of Customer Success related experience is preferred

Qualifications

• Comfortable using general office software applications; sales automation products such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools
• Excel at developing relationships over the phone and in person
• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese or French is preferred

Pay

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $47,000-$60,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
