About the role
Cvent is seeking Customer Success Advisors to join our dynamic Client Services department. This role involves providing value and owning the success of Cvent’s Event Cloud Customers. You will exercise Cvent knowledge to ensure customers realize the full benefits of the software, and collaborate with the sales team to introduce new features and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Understand and align with customer’s goals to help them achieve their desired outcomes
- Drive platform adoption and offer industry best practices to help customers effectively meet said business goals
- Host personalized web-based presentations to customers to align with their needs, discuss adoption, and identify areas of opportunity
- Understand customer’s risks and present on recommendations and solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new features and opportunities to customers
- Gather customer requirements for future releases of the product
- Opportunities to meet with customers onsite; up to 20% travel required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
- 1-3+ years of Customer Success related experience is preferred
- Comfortable using general office software applications; sales automation products such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools
- Excel at developing relationships over the phone and in person
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- In addition to English, language skills in Spanish, Portuguese or French is preferred

Pay
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $47,000-$60,000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
