Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between Worldwide Sales and the Office of the CEO.
  • Build strong relationships with CRO, senior sales leadership, and AEs.
  • Identify and monitor key deals for CEO engagement, including regular reporting to summarize deal activity for the CEO.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights to surface trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with sales teams to build actionable CEO-engagement plans.
  • Travel with the CEO to customer engagements as needed.
  • Translate customer interactions and feedback into insights and recommendations that shape sales campaign strategy.
  • Act as primary point of contact and advocate for prospects and customers on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
  • Partner with Marketing and Transformation on customer-facing initiatives (user conferences, CXO events) that require CEO engagement.
  • Partner with Post-Sales, G&A, and Engineering to build actionable plans for solving customer business challenges, and to anticipate and prevent potential customer concerns or crises before they escalate.
  • Deliver customer insights on product capability gaps/requirements from CEO engagements to R&D.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with time spent in Rubrik sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record of professional success.

Pay

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US Pay Range $140,200—$190,000 USD
