Customer Solutions Specialist - Racine, WI -Onsite Role

About the role

This is an onsite, mid-level Order to Cash Customer Solutions position in Mount Pleasant, WI, requiring cross-functional collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure effective order processing, shipments, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Process complex orders across one or more sales channels, including in-depth channel orders that do not always follow standard order entry patterns.
• Respond to all email, phone, and customer requests while making informed decisions to satisfy trade partner requests.
• Identify areas of improvement within processes and collaborate on solutions.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Assist with escalated calls or emails, sharing teachable moments with representatives.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain broad product and technical knowledge of offerings.
• Resolve basic escalated trade partner requests and challenges.
• Keep all stakeholders informed until resolution.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to connect with others and display empathy with authority.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
