Pay

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Handle general payment‑related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions (Tier 1 – Level 1 entry‑level support)
• Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed
• Assist customers with the web portal and troubleshoot issues
• Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections
• Help with 30‑day collections calls
• Gain knowledge of Granger’s history, services, and offerings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years’ experience in customer service or an equivalent environment
• Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills
• Bilingual experience is a plus
• Ability to meet physical requirements and pass pre‑employment and random drug screening, including marijuana
