Customer Solutions Manager, SLG & EDU
About the role
AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Worldwide Public Sector SLG/EDU team. The CSM will guide customers through their cloud transformation journey, driving value realization, enabling cloud readiness, and implementing governance.
Responsibilities
Drive customer value realization and support transformation objectives within defined accounts or business units, ensuring adoption leads to measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings, or growth through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
Implement governance to maintain alignment, manage risks through effective escalation, and establish and mature operating models / structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
Experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
Demonstrated technical breadth in AWS and/or cloud fundamentals

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually.
