Responsibilities

• Document all actions during chat sessions
• Respond to customer chat requests in a timely manner
• Must be proficient in reading and writing English
• Must be able to work on a strict schedule
• Must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST (Los Angeles Time)

• Type at speed – Type texts accurately at a high speed
• Have computer literacy – Utilize computers, IT equipment, Microsoft Applications technology in an efficient way
