About the role

As a Customer Service representative working from home, you will be booking hotel reservations for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in using hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Book hotel reservations for clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and meet client needs
  • Update client accounts and provide status updates
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
